Returns & Refunds

CMPND+ offers a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Due to the nature of consumable products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elio@cmpndplus.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

CMPND+ reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds.
