Refund policy

CMPND+ offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of consumable products, we may not accept returns on opened or used items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cmpndplus@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
